While our core mission is to create community hubs in Japan, we also believe that lasting change comes from strong international connections.

Strengthen Oregon & Japan Sister City connections, and create new ones.

Sponsor and assist in student exchange programs in Oregon and Japan.

Develop and plan programs and events to encourage international experiences between Oregon and Japan.
